My experience creating documentation includes editing, creating, and recreating instruction manuals for a small business. This included working with the product, taking photographs, technical writing, and page layout. This hands-on approach to the entire process helped me get a good perspective from the customer’s point of view, gain a deeper understanding of the product, and develop a variety skills. The examples below were meant to be simple, functional, and easy for the customer to follow. I also honed my writing skills with a formal technical writing course.
